With your permission, we’ll plant our For Rent signs on or near the property and then we’ll advertise the house or apartment in the local newspapers. We’ll screen all the resulting inquiries for you!
With our connections to various law, accounting, and trust firms as well as many other businesses in the BVI whose employees need rental housing, we have no doubt we’ll be able to find that perfect renter for you.
It doesn’t stop there. Once we find a suitable tenant, we will prepare the residential or commercial lease and handle all the financial details on your behalf. We’ll collect the security deposit from the tenant as well as the first and last months’ rent.
